| At JLYC it's easy for anyone to begin doing yoga. Our Portland yoga classes introduce the principles of alignment and movement, tools for concentration and the essentials of relaxation. |
We practice and teach the Iyengar method of yoga which promotes physical health and mental poise while integrating yoga philosophy with the practice of asana (postures). |
Join us for weekly yoga classes at our beautiful Portland yoga studio. Our Spring Term will continue through June 9. Drop-ins are welcome. We also offer special topic workshops and yoga retreats.
